Talk Tenpin hopes to introduce a brand new private forum, exclusively for Talk Tenpin Elite members once we have introduced our new "Elite Membership" package later this year.

Talk Tenpin upgrades to take advantage of Social Networking - Now We're REALLY Talking

The Talk Tenpin Forums closed on 16^th May 2008.

In September 2007, Talk Tenpin decided to split the forums from the main site to monitor the growth within each element of the site.  It soon became clear that the main site was growing and attracting new visitors, at the last count we were getting visitors from more than 110 countries, whereas over the same period, the number of regular visitors to the forums has in fact reduced.

Talk Tenpin has also been monitoring other forms of online networking and communication and we are keen to see technology used effectively.  We now feel that the most effective way to develop our online community is to use social networking rather than forums and with this in mind we have migrated our main forum boards into "groups" within the market leading social networking site "facebook". The following tenpin related "groups" already exist but I am sure that many more will follow soon:

Talk Tenpin believes that www.facebook.com will offer the tenpin community a much more interactive method of communication and encourages all our members to join this site and take full advantage of the more advanced facilities provided for a better real-time community. 

If you are already a member of facebook you will probably be well aware of the facilities provided, if not you will be surprised how easy it is to use and how much more advanced the features are than a forum, as well as being able to add your comments and opinions within these discussion groups, you can also add photos and videos, create and invite people to events, you can even use facebook from your mobile phone.
